The house itself was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. the off-site car park opposite the house was a bonus, making it hassle-free to bring our own vehicle. the peaceful setting next to the canal and children's play area added to the charm of this cozy accommodation. Overall, I found it to be a great value for the price, and the owner's responsiveness made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Leamington Spa.
